Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days via Royal Mail. Our standard fee for postage and packing is £3.95.
Peter and Jane will not add any additional fees to your purchase if you pay via any of the card types supported.

On completion of the transaction you will receive an email from us containing your invoice within a few minutes of placing your order.
Please print & retain a hard copy of the transaction receipt that will be sent to you via email.
Peter and Jane will respond to any enquiries to your order within two working days.
Once Peter and Jane has received your purchase request we will begin to process you order. Please be aware that full payment will be taken from your card when we have accepted your order and it is ready to be shipped
Should you be dissatisfied with your order please complete the returns form and post it back to us in its original packaging within 21 days of the date the order was placed. We'd appreciate it if you let us know the reason for return on a quick e-mail to info@peterandjanestore.com, quoting the order code.
We will then send a replacement or arrange a refund accordingly.
